This Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy) is intended to inform you about how we use and disclose information collected from your visits to our online shop and from messages we exchange with you. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the shop.

1-Definitions

  1-For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

    1-"Personal Data" means any information that directly or indirectly identifies or can identify a natural person, such as name, Taxpayer Number, date of birth, address , among others;

    2-"Sensitive Personal Data" means any information that reveals, in relation to a natural person, racial or ethnic origin, religious convictions, political opinions, membership of a trade union or religious, philosophical or political organisation, data concerning health or sex life, genetic or biometric data;

    3- "Processing of Personal Data": any operation performed on Personal Data, with or without the aid of automated procedures, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or, where appropriate, making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction. Any other operation provided for in the terms of the applicable legislation is also considered Processing of Personal Data.

2-Use of Personal Data

  1-We collect and use Personal Data to manage your relationship with us and to better serve you when you purchase products and/or services from the Shop, personalising and improving your experience. Examples of how we use data

THE PLATFORM IS NOT INTENDED FOR PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) AND WE REQUEST THAT SUCH PERSONS DO NOT PROVIDE US WITH ANY PERSONAL DATA.

3 - Non-provision of Personal Data

  1- You are not obliged to share the Personal Data that we request from you, however, if you choose not to share it, in some cases we will not be able to provide you with full access to the Store, to some specialised functionalities or we will not be able to provide you with the necessary assistance or enable the delivery of the product or the provision of the service contracted by you.

4-Data collected

  1-The general public may browse the Shop without registering or submitting any Personal Data. However, some of the functionalities of the Shop may depend on registration and the submission of Personal Data, such as completing the purchase/service contract and/or enabling the delivery of the product/service by us.

  2-In contacting the Shop, we may collect:

    1-Contact details. First name, last name, telephone number, city, state, and e-mail address; and

    2-Information you submit. Information you submit through a form (enquiries, complaints, suggestions, criticisms, compliments, etc.).

  2-You should note that in certain cases (e.g. due to legal requirements), your request may not be fulfilled immediately and we may not be able to fulfill your request due to legal obligations.

  1-We endeavour to take appropriate technical and organisational measures as required by Data Protection Laws to protect Personal Data in our organisation. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. 9-Updates to this Privacy Policy

  1-If we modify our Privacy Policy, we will post the new text on the Store, with the updated revision date. We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If there is a significant change to the terms of this Privacy Policy, we may inform you through the contact information we have in our database or by notifying you in our Store.

  2-We remind you that we undertake not to process your Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with the purposes described above, unless we are required to do so by law or court order.

  3-Your use of the Store after the changes means that you have accepted the revised Privacy Policy. If, after reading the revised version, you do not agree with its terms, please terminate your access to the Shop.
