Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when customizing products. We are not responsible for typographical or design errors entered by the customer.

5- Ordering Process:

Customers can place orders through our website. The payment process accepts MB Way and Bank Transfer. By placing an order, the customer accepts the terms and conditions.

Once payment is confirmed, we will process your order and send you an email confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and location. We will endeavour to meet the estimated delivery times.

7-Shipping and Delivery:

We accept product returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt of order. To do this, you must keep the items in such a way that you can return them in the condition in which they are found, without signs of use, in their packaging and with all accessories and labels.
